With more than 25 years of experience, I’ve supported people through the highs, the lows, and the in-between—the unraveling moments, the quiet rebuilding, and the courage it takes to keep showing up. My goal is to help you find steadiness, insight, and a path forward that’s aligned with who you really are.

My work is rooted in years spent in school systems, family work, parent coaching, and clinical supervision. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, identity and personality dynamics, parenting challenges, and relationship struggles. I aim to create a space that welcomes your full, unfiltered self—where growth can happen at your own pace, and healing feels possible.
